Provides financial assistance, emotional support, and resources to families of children facing serious medical challenges, helping ease the burden of treatment while honoring the legacy of River Ellis through acts of compassion and hope.

Carteret Hospital Special Campaign

Supports initiatives that expand access to quality healthcare, enhance patient services, and invest in advanced medical equipment and facilities to improve the health and well-being of communities throughout coastal North Carolina.

American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure

The American Diabetes Association works to prevent and manage diabetes through research, advocacy, education, and patient support. XKIG's contributions help advance medical research while promoting healthier communities and increasing awareness of chronic disease prevention.

Elizabeth River Trail Foundation

The Elizabeth River Trail Foundation develops and maintains a multi-use trail that connects neighborhoods, parks, businesses, and waterfront spaces throughout Norfolk. The trail encourages active lifestyles, outdoor recreation, and alternative transportation while improving quality of life and strengthening community connections.

The Norfolk Forum

The Norfolk Forum brings nationally and internationally recognized leaders, innovators, authors, and policymakers to the Hampton Roads community. By supporting the Forum, XKIG helps expand access to educational programming that encourages lifelong learning, informed dialogue, and civic engagement.

Elizabeth River Project

The Elizabeth River Project leads efforts to restore and protect one of the nation's most historically impacted urban rivers. Through education, restoration projects, and community engagement, the organization promotes cleaner waterways, healthier ecosystems, and environmental stewardship throughout the Hampton Roads region. XKIG proudly supports these efforts through financial contributions and participation in community initiatives that promote long-term environmental resilience.

The Hurrah Players

Inspires children and young adults through performing arts education and theatrical productions, helping participants build confidence, creativity, leadership, and life skills in an inclusive environment.

XKIG Supports Sepsis, Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome, and Toxic Shock Syndrome Survivors and Their Families.

XKIG is proud to support Begin Again Foundation in their mission to save lives and support survivors from sepsis, acute respiratory distress syndrome, and toxic shock syndrome. Through our sponsorship and participation in their annual golf tournament, we strive to help make a difference in our community.

XKIG Supports Students through the Mas Family Scholarship Program.

XKIG is proud to contribute $20,000 to the Mas Family Scholarship, the largest college scholarship program dedicated to supporting students of Cuban descent. We are honored to support this mission to advance education within the Cuban community.

Scholarship Donation – South Carolina Vegetation Management Association

XKIG surprised the SCVMA with a matching donation to its Scholarship Fund, doubling the impact for future forestry, horticulture, environmental science, and natural resources college students. We’re proud to support the next generation of environmental leaders!

Spreading Holiday Cheer with Toys for Tots

This holiday season, XKIG proudly supported Toys for Tots, helping to bring joy and hope to children in need. Our donations reflect our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve and making the season brighter for families in our local service areas.

Xylem is the Home for the Holidays with a sponsor for Nauticus’ WinterFest on the Wisconsin.

All proceeds from WinterFest directly benefit the Nauticus Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our contributions help preserve and enhance the historic Battleship Wisconsin.
