3rd Annual Safety Summit: Building a Safer Future Together

At XKIG, safety is more than a program or a policy. It’s the foundation of every decision we make. This summer, more than 60 unified safety professionals with over 1,000 years of combined experience from across the XKIG family of companies – Xylem Tree Experts, Kendall Vegetation Services, and River City Construction – gathered in Norfolk, VA, for our 3rd Annual Safety Summit. It offered a chance to collaborate, share knowledge, and strengthen the strategies that protect our employees and help deliver safe, reliable service to our customers. 

Every operating company in the XKIG portfolio faces unique challenges, yet they all share a common goal: ensuring every employee returns home safely at the end of the day. The Safety Summit provides a dedicated forum for safety leaders to exchange ideas, discuss emerging risks, review lessons learned, and identify opportunities to continuously improve our programs.
